Deputy Commissioner to submit to Government the Settlement Report with statement of objections, etc., and his opinion thereon

After taking into consideration such objections as may have been received by him, and after giving an opportunity to be heard to such objectors as desire to be heard the Deputy Commissioner shall forward to the State Government through the 1[Director of Survey, Settlement and Land Records]1, the Settlement Report with the statement of objections and his remarks thereon.
