1. Free trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial (8 days when joining through a valid referral invite) with all features unlocked. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged.
2. How billing works
After the trial, your chosen plan (Core Rs.30/month or Pro Rs.70/month, or the yearly plans) is charged through UPI AutoPay via our payment gateway. Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle until cancelled. A reminder is sent before each auto-debit, as required by RBI rules.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time using the "Cancel my subscription" option at the bottom of the Plans page in the app, or by emailing admin@lexstreak.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: your UPI AutoPay mandate is revoked, no further amounts are charged, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
4. Refunds
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, because access to the content is provided immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 7 days of the charge at admin@lexstreak.in and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the amount to the original payment method.
5. Failed payments
If an auto-debit fails, we may retry it and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or downgraded.
